Your Android device might display this message; 'Error code 801'.
Follow these steps to rectify correct the issue;
- Please check your Tympa Mobile device has a strong internet connection.
- Go to the 'Home' page on the Tympa Mobile App.
- Tap on the profile icon on the top right.
- Tap on 'Sign out'.
- Tap on 'ADD USER'
- Enter your username and password (if you don't remember please click on Reset password
- Set a PIN.
- Select your User and enter the PIN to log back in.
To Sync your Tympa Mobile App.
- Open the 'Sync' page
- Tap on the sync icon
- If sync doesn't start, then tap on one of the appointments and try a manual upload
