If your Android device displays this message;
'Error code 801. Please check your internet connection and try again.'
Please try to follow these steps which will correct the situation;
1. Go to the 'Home' page
2. Tap on the profile icon on the top right
3. Tap on 'Sign out'
4. Tap on 'ADD USER'
5. Enter your email and password (if you don't remember your password then let us know and we can reset it for you)
6. Set a Pin (this can be the same one you used before)
7. Select your user and enter the Pin to log back in
Open the 'sync' page
Tap on the sync icon
If sync doesn't start, then tap on one of the appointments and try a manual upload
