The phone has a passcode (ask your System Administrator for this), please use this to unlock the phone. The TympaHealth App can be started by tapping on the TympaHealth icon. Make sure that you are connected to a WiFi network. Without connection to the network, the application would not be able to function as intended.
When you first start the app, the device requires activation. This can be done by providing to your administrator the activation number shown in the device, or, if you already have a TympaHealth account you can sign in by tapping the "Sign In" button.
In either of the two cases, once the device has been "activated” you will be taken to a login page where you can enter your username and password. The first time you login to a device, you will be asked to create a PIN. Please note that the PIN is unique for each device you login into.
Once you have an account, should you need to reset your password you can do so by visiting the following URL, click on “Forgot your password? and follow the instructions:

In the Sign in page, enter your username (typically your email address) and your password.
Successful authentication will take you to a screen where you are requested to enter your PIN.
Multiple users can be signed into the same device. In order to change users, you will need to authenticate with your PIN. Keep in mind that three consecutive unsuccessful PIN attempts will require you to re-enter your password.
