In the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen tap on the "Planner" icon. That will take you to a screen where you can manage appointments. Any existing appointments will be shown in the Planner. You can change the date by using the calendar icon or the arrows around the date.
You can create a "New appointment" by clicking on the plus (+) button on the top right-hand side. If your organisation is enabled, from the Home page you can scan QR codes (with the front camera) containing appropriate appointment information. Please talk to your System Administrator in case you require further information about QR code compatibility.
To create an appointment for an existing patient, tap on the name of the patient. This will open up an overlay screen where you can check the details of the patient and enter the type of appointment requested. The types of appointments may differ depending on what your organisation offers.
If the patient is not in the list, you can use the "Add patient” button.
After you confirm the information, click on the "Next" button on the overlay page shown. In the following screen you will be prompted to enter the date and time of the appointment.
Once you have picked a date and time you will have an opportunity to verify the information entered. When you are ready, tap on the "Create" button. After successful creation of the appointment you will see a notification. You can close it by clicking on the “Close” label, or let the notification disappear.
With the appointment successfully created, you will be redirected to the Planner view and see a notification about the creation of the appointment. In the Home page you will also see a notification about next appointments. In the Home page, under Today’s Appointment you will be able to see the next appointment for the current date as per the Planner.
