Welcome, we are delighted you are using the Tympa System, we call it Tympa for short.
This document outlines some steps to get you started with your system and login both to the Tympa Panel (web app) and the Tympa System itself (mobile app).
The phone provided with your Tympa System have a default Phone Passcode which is 1235.
If you change the Phone Passcode, Tympa is unable to retrieve it and your device will need to be managed remotely. Please contact us if that is the case.
First Time Login
To access the mobile app you will need to create a password first. Currently this can be done in the Tympa Panel web app. Note that the Tympa Panel works best on certain browsers such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
You can access the Tympa Panel by visiting the following link: https://app.tympahealth.com
If your browser does show only a blank page, you may be using a browser that is currently not supported. If you are typing the URL above, please ensure that you type the “s” in “https”.
You should see a page like the one below. If you already have your password, you can open the “Login” tab and use your username (email in lowercase letters) and password to access the Tympa Panel.
If you still haven’t registered, please open the “Register” tab. Please note that you will require a Registration Code from Tympa.
Fill in the information requested: entering their organisation email address in lowercase letters. You will be able to enter your password directly in this form and will see some suggestions to make your password as strong as possible. Your password must be at least 8 characters with each of the following:
- lower case letter
- capital letter
- special character such as ! ? , ; < > [ ] ( ) % & *
If your password is more than 12 characters then no capitals, numbers or special characters are required.
Please avoid accented characters, spaces, tabs, characters from non-English scripts, emojis, etc.You can click on the eye icon to make sure they have typed the characters you had in mind.
Finally, enter the Registration Code you have been provided with. Once you are ready, click on the “Register” button. You will be redirected to the login screen where you can use your new credentials:
- Username – Organisation email address in lower case letters
- Password – The one they created in the form above

Sometimes receiving the automated email to generate a new password may take some time.
Depending on your setup, SPAM filters may deliver the email to your SPAM folder, please check there too.
