As you know, we update our software regularly in order to make changes that will benefit the user experience of our customers. We’d like to update you on what’s new this month for your iOS TympaHealth app.
Hearing Screener – volume must be set to 100%:
Patients will only be able to start the hearing screener test if the volume of the device is set to 100%.
These adjustments mean the hearing screener is now faster and more accurate than ever before.
How to update your Tympa using the new “self service” app:
Most software updates occur automatically without the need for intervention. However, if you need update your TympaHealth app manually you can do this with the help of the new “self service” app.
Simply navigate to the self service app from your home screen – it is located in a group called “apps”. All you need to do is click “reinstall” and wait for your TympaHealth app to be updated. Please be aware that clicking “reinstall” will not delete any of your patient data.
