After you completed an appointment you may want to visit the tympa cloud to look at your appointment and the items attached to it, such as images/videos/consent forms and other data.
Sometimes, this information is missing and the most common reason is that the upload isn't completed yet or it was somehow interrupted (for example, Internet connection was lost during the upload). In the first case, all you need to do is wait a little bit and the missing items will eventually appear. This applies especially if you have a weak Internet connection.
If after a considerable amount of time your appointment still has missing data, it could be an indication of the second scenario: the upload was interrupted. In most of these cases, this can be solved by triggering a manual upload.
