My Tympa is not responding, the screen is black (iOS)

If the screen on your Android Tympa System is black or not responding please do a forced restart on the device. Follow these steps:

1. Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
2. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
3. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
