If you keep your device well charged and connected to the internet at all times, then it should automatically pick up the latest updates for the TympaHealth app. The device will notify you when it will update the app (see below).
In case the device hasn't automatically updated and you want to get the latest version straight away, you can manually trigger the update using the "Self Service" app on your device's home screen. You'll need to be connected to the internet while doing this.
To find the Self Service app, you need to exit the TympaHealth app by swiping up from the bottom edge of the screen. It's in a group called Apps.
In the Self Service app, tap the "Reinstall" button next to the TympaHealth logo. Even though the button says "Reinstall", rest assured that you won't lose any of your patients or appointments during the update.
After confirming, wait for the loading animation to finish. You can now leave the Self Service app and go to the home screen.
You should see a loading progress animation on top of the TympaHealth app icon, indicating that an update is downloading. Once that's finished, you've successfully updated the TympaHealth app.
