What is screen mirroring?
Screen mirroring is a great way to show your patients live examinations, video recordings and audiogram results on a larger screen in your clinic.

Recommendations during use:

Ask patient if they would like to view the examination on a larger screen before screen mirroring

Only start the screen mirroring when you have selected the patient in the Tympa mobile app

When screen mirroring to another screen, always make sure you are viewing the Tympa device screen and not the large screen

Once the appointment has been complete, make sure to stop mirroring before next appointment

Smart TV (Apple Airplay compatible)
List of Airplay compatible devices

Make sure your Smart TV is connected to the same WiFi network as your Tympa device

Check that your Smart TV has Airplay enabled, depending on your TV this can be located under ‘Settings’ and then selecting ‘General’, you should see ‘Apple Airplay Settings’

Once this has been enabled on your Smart TV, on your Tympa device slide down from the top of the screen to open the Control Centre

Select the ‘Screen Mirroring’ icon

This will show you a list of nearby devices

Select your Smart TV from the list to start mirroring

Enter pairing code if required
MacBook / Apple TV

Make sure your Apple TV/Macbook is connected to the same WiFi network as your Tympa device

On your Tympa device slide down from the top of the screen

Select the Screen Mirroring icon

This will show you nearby devices you can mirror your Tympa device to

Select your Macbook or Apple TV from the list
-
Enter pairing code if required
